Submission Guidelines:
Authors should submit their manuscripts via e-mail to the Center for Black Studies Research at the University of California, Santa Barbara at kalfou@cbs.ucsb.edu.Manuscripts should be sent as attached documents in Word format.
Submissions by mail should include three paper copies and an electronic copy.
Manuscripts should be sent ATTN: George Lipsitz, Senior Editor.
Book reviews should be sent ATTN: Gerald Horne, Book Review Editor.
Authors’ names should appear on a separate title page so that manuscripts can be evaluated anonymously. Submissions should be in the range of five thousand to ten thousand words, including footnotes, and conform to the Chicago Manual of Style.
