Scheduled meeting: 2nd Tuesday of each month (including summer) 

Protocol Deadline: Last day of the month preceding the meeting date.

Deadlines for Exemptions & Expedited Reviews

The approvals are done approximately every two weeks. Usually the 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month. The deadline is the Tuesday before. In longer months and months with holidays (Nov, Dec), please contact the HSC Coordinator for an estimate of approval time.
