Account Set-Up

Starting on 5/18/2020 the Department of Interior (DOI) will start to use GrantSolutions.gov as their new financial assistance management software platform. 

Please complete and sign the Recipient User Account Request Form found here and forward it to your Department Contracts & Grants Liaison or copy them on your request, to erahelp@research.ucsb.edu. Please note in your email that you are requesting an account for DOI GrantSolutions and tell us what your current title is at UCSB. 

We will review, endorse and submit your request to GrantSolutions. Please allow 48 hours for us to submit your request. GrantSolutions will need to review and approve the request which can take several days. Once it is approved you will receive an email with your username and a temporary password.
