Disclosure and Certification Forms
Disclosures of significant financial interests or other disclosable interests are made through the Office of Research Conflict of Interest Electronic Disclosure System: (https://orcoi.research.ucsb.edu/).
Principal Investigators are responsible for identifying individuals responsible for the design, conduct, or reporting of their federally sponsored research. See Identifying Investigators section of the For Researchers page for instructions.
